Kindly follow the procedure to download the Registration Form. Basic instructions are as follows:

1. Parents are requested to fill the Registration Form with neat and clean handwriting with blue pen.
2. Registration Form should be downloaded from the school's website.
3. Registration Form should be downloaded on Legal sized paper.
4. Photocopy/Xerox of the Registration Form can be taken on Legal sized paper.
5. Parents are requested not to apply for admission, if the child is under age or above age.
