A sensitization session on Safe and Unsafe Touch was conducted by the school counselor for students of the Preparatory stage (Class 1 and 2). The session aimed to educate young learners about personal safety and body autonomy in an age-appropriate and interactive manner. Through stories, visuals, and simple discussions, students were guided to identify safe, unsafe, and confusing touches and were encouraged to speak up and seek help from trusted adults. The counselor emphasized the importance of saying “No,” moving away, and informing a responsible person when feeling uncomfortable. The session concluded with an engaging activity that reinforced key concepts and ensured that students understood the importance of personal boundaries and safety.
